THE 10 STANDARDS
DISCIPLINE
CREATES
FREEDOM
I. BODY | A promise I keep.
Your body is not a project waiting to be finished. It is the foundation from which you move, perform, and become. Honor it through what you eat, how you move, how you rest, and the promises you make to yourself.
The standard: I take care of the body I’ve been given.
II. MIND | Discipline leads. My mind follows.
Not every thought deserves your attention. The mind will look for comfort, excuses, and reasons to stop. Discipline is choosing what deserves to lead—even when your thoughts disagree.
The standard: I decide who is in control.
III. MONEY | Every dollar has a direction.
Money is more than what you earn. It reflects what you value, what you prioritize, and what you are building. Spend with intention. Save with purpose. Build without borrowing against the life you want.
The standard: My money serves the future I’m building.
IV. WORD | Say less. Keep more.
Your word is a reflection of your standard. Every promise you make to yourself becomes evidence of who you are becoming. Don’t make promises for the person you wish to be. Make them—and keep them—as the person you are becoming.
The standard: My actions make my words believable.
V. TIME | I don’t find it. I take it.
There will always be something asking for your time. Your priorities are revealed by what receives it. Stop waiting for more hours. Protect what matters and make room for it.
The standard: I decide where my time goes.
VI. FOCUS | Attention is a choice.
What you repeatedly give your attention to eventually shapes your life. Distraction is easy. Direction is intentional. Choose what deserves your energy—and let the rest become noise.
The standard: I give my attention to what moves me forward.
VII. RECOVERY | Rest is part of the work.
Strength is not built by constantly pushing harder. Recovery gives your body and mind the space to rebuild. Knowing when to step back is not weakness. It is discipline with perspective.
The standard: I recover with the same intention that I train.
VIII. ENVIRONMENT | Build conditions that support you.
Your environment quietly influences what becomes easy, what becomes difficult, and what becomes normal. Don’t wait for motivation or perfect circumstances. Design your surroundings to make the standard easier to keep.
The standard: I build an environment that supports who I’m becoming.
IX. RELATIONSHIPS | I don’t shrink to belong.
The right relationships do not require you to abandon yourself. Protect your boundaries. Speak honestly. Give generously. Walk away from what repeatedly asks you to become less.
The standard: I choose relationships that respect who I am becoming.
X. LEGACY | Build beyond yourself.
What you build today can outlive the moment. Your habits, your choices, your character, and the example you set become part of what you leave behind.
The standard: I build something worth inheriting.
